The client may cancel only if it is communicated to the company in writing at least 30 days before the first departure and a 10% cancellation fee will be charged.
There are no refunds for cancellations made 30 days prior departure.
Substitution of a client; it may be possible to transfer the booking to another person as long as it is informed to us by written notice 72 hrs. prior to departure. **Excepting when the purchase includes an airplane ticket, in this case tickets are not transferable nor refundable.
There is no refund for unused sections of the route.
The client confirm his booking by email as soon as the client receives the booking confirmation from our website, if the reservation is not confirmed 10 days prior the departure the reservation will be cancelled. (*This is also so obtain the needed information about the client such as first pick up point.
Luggage, Insurance and Schedules

Wayak will endeavor to adhere to stated departure and arrival times but will not be liable for any failure to meet those times or cancellations due to weather or any other conditions.
Wayak Tours company’s aim is to offer a satisfactory and safe service; However we shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, accident, injury, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or personal property, whenever this is occasioned by the negligence of Wayak Tours, it´s staff or any other person or under any circumstances whatsoever. *Every passenger aboard WAYAK´s vans is insured covering comprehensive medical care in case of a road incident. *We highly recommend you to purchase a travelling insurance with a convenient covering according to your needs for more information about travel insurances contact us.
Wayak has chosen several tour operators, transports and hotels/hostels in order to add extra advantages to the service; however WAYAK TOURS shall not be held responsible for any bad service, accident or inconvenience this other companies may cause to the travelers under any circumstances whatsoever.
Passengers will be picked up and dropped off at the entrance of their accommodation; it is the client’s responsibility to inform our main offices if they change their pickup location and it has to be communicated to us though our toll free number at least 24hrs prior departure.
You will be picked up at the entrance of your Hotel or Hostel. Our web page we has a list of pickup and drop off points. However, if your accommodation is different from the ones on the list, it is also possible to pick you at the entrance of your Hotel or Hostel.
The vans will depart at scheduled times. VANS will not wait for passengers who are not ready. We kindly asked every passenger to be ready at least 10 min before departure.
In the case of a bus running behind schedule, every attempt will be made to keep passengers informed but we accept no liability for any inconvenience caused.

Flexible Transportation and Touring Passes
You will be picked up at the entrance of your Hotel or Hostel. Our web page we has a list of pickup and drop off points. However, if your accommodation is different from the ones on the list, it is also possible to pick you at the entrance of your Hotel or Hostel.
Free charge changes on your itinerary can only be made if there are communicated to us though our toll free number 48 hours prior departure. *Changes are subject to availability.
Hop on Hop off Passes: clients may not change their travel direction and the ticket is valid for 1 month.
Zones: You can choose the zones you wish to go through, and there is no a minimum of zones; However, you cannot change direction more than 2 times within each zone and your ticket is valid for one month per zone.

Vacation Packages
Vacation Packages include transportation, accommodation (at a hostel or 3*, 4*, 5* hotels; depending the decision of the client) and some activities. Meals, personal expenses and entrances fees at museums or Archaeological Sites are not included.

Tours depart from Hostel Mundo Joven Catedral Mexico City (just beside the Metropolitan Cathedral, República de Guatemala #4). However, we can pick you up at another Hotel or Hostel.
Tours include transportation, professional guide and a lunch box. Meals, personal expenses and entrances fees at museums or Archaeological Sites are not included.
